Advertisement: Any advertising material or image supplied by a Candidate & Advertiser for display on the PayNET Recruitment Ltd web site.
Candidate: The person(s), to whom a job search service is provided and who chooses to provide personal information including a copy of their C.V.
Advertiser: The person(s), company or business to whom the Candidate & Advertiser(s) services are provided, namely, advertising of a job vacancy whether this exists or not.
By registering or submitting details to PayNET Recruitment (both advertiser and candidate) we hereby state that we have read PayNET Recruitment's terms and conditions and agree with the rules set out governing the use of PayNET Recruitment site.
PayNET Recruitment may at its discretion report any contravention, by the Candidate & Advertiser, of the Data Protection Acts, 1984 and 1998 or any improper use of the site to the Department of Employment, the Data Protection Registrar, the Online Recruitment Marketing Council (ORMC) and the REC.
Any intellectual property, ideas, concepts, or know-how developed by PayNET Recruitment or obtained during the execution of the Services will be owned exclusively by PayNET Recruitment.
The Advertiser enters into the Contract as the principal, notwithstanding that the Advertiser may be an Advertising Agent or an Agency ultimately acting as Agent for an end Advertiser and as principal, warrants that it is authorised by the end Advertiser to place advertisements.
The Advertiser shall comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts, 1984 and 1998 in relation to all PayNET Recruitment's member's details.
It is the Advertisers responsibility to take up references and to satisfy itself regarding the accuracy, availability, suitability, integrity and reliability of all members whose CV's are provided by PayNET Recruitment. All and any subsequent dealings between the Advertiser and any member are the responsibility of the Advertiser.
Due to the sensitive nature of information contained in a members CV., the Advertiser shall not transmit or distribute any CV or other information received from PayNET Recruitment to any person(s), company or business other than for the purpose of finding employment for those members as set out in these terms and conditions.
Should payment made by cheque or BACS not be received and cleared by PayNET Recruitment within 30 days of invoice issue date or agreed terms, PayNET Recruitment reserve the right to de-activate any overdue account without further warning or to cancel any ‘credits' not paid for with immediate effect.
If the defaulting account is de-activated, this time will count against the Advertisers contracted period and the Advertiser shall have no claim to a refund for the same duration.
PayNET Recruitment will endeavour to contact the Advertiser before the account becomes overdue to ensure the Advertiser is fully aware of the appending action.
Charges may be made in accordance with the agreed service agreement to recover the overdue amount.
It is the Candidates responsibility to ensure all personal information is correct and accurate, including C.V. contents.
PayNET Recruitment's Responsibilities
PayNET Recruitment will host advertisements supplied by the Advertiser on its web site, in the form and format agreed and for the fees set out in the contract.
