Strategic New Business Manager, Commercial Cards

My client provides total solutions for all business's card payment and processing needs, nationwide and internationally, whether they're a smaller business, a Government department or a multinational enterprise.
They are the UK's leading issuer of corporate cards, with more than 142,000 business customers and over 500,000 individual cardholders worldwide.
They look after the processing and payment of over a third of Britain's retailers, and are expanding the services they already offer to their international customers.

Job Purpose

To develop and aggressively deploy key business strategies to recruit and implement complex solutions with Strategic corporate Commercial Card clients (FTSE 350/Global 1000).

Essential

§ Working knowledge of the acquiring solutions, their drivers, industry dynamics, interchange, competitor solutions and future product service deliverables.
§ An up to date knowledge of Industry related technical development
§ Thorough knowledge of the Business to Business sector.
§ Fully aware of Industry trends (UK and overseas).
§ In-depth knowledge of Corporate purchasing/decision making practices.
