Our Client is a leading international processor of credit, debit, commercial, private label, stored value and smart cards. Serving more than 357 million cardholder accounts, 18 million of which are based in Europe, they have delivered advanced technology and enhanced value to many of the world’s leading companies.
We are currently looking to appoint a Senior Prepaid business Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing tier two technical support in the live environment for the prepaid platform. You will work proactively, supporting our clients and other members of the business. You will be required to research and identify issues particularly in the QA and UAT regions attempting to recreate problems that are causing issues and identifying potential resolutions.
You will have excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise a busy workload together with knowledge and experience in basic SQL. You must be able to work flexible hours that may include being part of a 24/7 on-call rota.
