Our client provides a unique fraud management service to the eCommerce industry. It allows companies to share their payments data without compromising the security or privacy of those involved while enabling more informed decisions about customer transactions.
In line with their strategy for growth our client is seeking to recruit a Representative, Member Services to manage their UK accounts. Driving value for the members by understanding their own fraud strategies is pivotal to this role and requires a passion for eCommerce and customer-not-present fraud prevention.
With a minimum of three years payments or fraud and account management experience you will have exemplary relationship management skills. You will have a solid understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention techniques and be comfortable communicating with members at all levels of their organisation.
