Product Development Manager

We process over one billion payment transactions originating on our global automated teller machine (ATM) and point-of-sale (POS) networks using our proprietary technology platform.
We are opening in our Prepaid division a new role of Product Development Manager that will report to the Commercial Director. The role will be based in London.

As a product Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the prepaid offering, gathering and prioritising products and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with the Operations, Technology and delivery teams to ensure the ability to deliver a quality product that meets the Market’s demand.

Main responsibilities

•        Define the product strategy and roadmap, including integration of additional products and services
•        Analyse multiple dimensions of the competitive landscape
•        Articulate and document concise product requirements *Assemble the business case on each product by constructing and managing a product master plan and understanding financial implications of variations in volume and price
•        Negotiate agreements with functional organisations to assure synchronised participation
•        Assimilate the plans from functional organisations into the master plan
•        Prepare for the product launch, including training relationship managers and sales teams and over sight of marketing materials

Your profile

You have a background in product management and you have a proven track record as a product manager in the payment industry. A technical background would be a benefit and you are keen to develop your career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation.
You have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and you have previously worked in a multicultural environment.
You are ready to travel at least 20% of your time.
