Client Advising Manager

Our Client is a leading international processor of credit, debit, commercial, private label, stored value and smart cards. Serving more than 357 million cardholder accounts, 18 million of which are based in Europe, they have delivered advanced technology and enhanced value to many of the world’s leading companies.

A key focus of the role will be to work independently as a high level business and technical expert providing both internal and external consulting services. You will work both on-site and remote, throughout the product development and implementation transition life cycle. You will analyse and evaluate business and/or technical requirements. You may consult on risk assessment and mitigation planning for conversion and testing to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Successful candidates will have bankcard industry exposure together with client interaction experience. You will be proficient in overall project risk assessment and mitigation planning.
