As an Account Director you will be responsible for the business relationship with a major client, working at a strategic level to ensure client satisfaction and the proactive growth of the business relationship. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising account managers on this account. You will have the ability to manage working across time zones, localities and languages to ensure client delivery is successful.
Your profile will include Card and Processor Industry experience or successful experience in a Bank with management responsibilities in key disciplines. You will have a solid team management background in matrix environment. Strong networking and people skills are required. Ideally, you will have experience or demonstrated appreciation for dealing with European vs. US cultural diversity. Fluency in German and English is essential.
